1. Start Plus server and load de ElbowUltrasoundSweep.mha → read it carefully.
2. Open in a text editor the sequence file ElbowUltrasoundSweep.mha → read it carefully.
3. Start Slicer. Select the conventional or widescreen layout.
4. Go to the module OpenIGTLinkIF and connect to Plus server.
5. Go to IGT / Volume Reslice Driver and select the red slice, setting Driver to Image_Reference and Mode to Transverse. The ultrasound sequence should loop forever in the red slice.
6. Click the eye on the red slice to see the slice looping through 3D space.

1. Go to Plus Remote and select the Plus Server Control label
2. Select file name and check add timestamp to it (to tell different recordings appart)
3. Start – stop recording. New Plus config and .mha files are created in the data directory of Plus. The .mha file can be used for replaying. (not very interesting in this case, as it was already recorded, but it’s the same with real-time hardware). The Plus config file is just a copy of the original one, and it has to be modified for replay.
